Documents in Word or Excel format are very easy to quantify using integrated Microsoft tools.
Other formats such as Internet sites require special software that transforms Web pages into text. This method of counting also identifies the words that are an integral part of the site but which the surfer cannot see (tags, key words, titles, etc.).
Rates can vary according to the volume of words contained in the document but also according to the level of technicity and the deadline requested. (There is a surcharge for emergency translations).
